Boys: Ages 16+, 6' or taller

To be evaluated, please complete the form below and attach your pictures - that don't need to be shot by a professional photographer. Shot outside with natural light and with no make-up, the images should capture a clear headshot and full length body. The size should not exceed 2MB.
